FAQ
Absolutely. Foundations is a prerequisite for all other product courses. The information and concepts covered there are built on in the other courses.
Along with the course itself, your registration fee includes the optional certification exam at the end of the class. Plus, it grants you access to our popular Alumni Resource Center, where you can access all of the tools and templates mentioned in class, plus exclusive content just for alumni.
With online Design, you don’t have to worry about travel or commuting to one of our public training venues. That saves you time, money and frustration. Plus, since the course is offered as both a single day and two half day options, you have the flexibility to include it to fit your schedule. You still get the same great information from the same instructors, but with more flexibility for your time and location.
At the end of each of our courses, we offer an optional certification exam that tests what you’ve learned. If you pass with a score of 70% or higher, you become Pragmatic Management Certified in that class. Our certification badges tell the world about all the skills you’ve learned from taking our course.
The only real difference is that the online Design course is, well, online. You still get the same information, tools and techniques, taught by the very same instructors as our public courses. You even still have the ability to network with your peers—it will just be in a virtual setting instead of a live one.
Please let us know how we can help you fully participate in the course at 480-515-1411, or send us an Email.
Since this is an online class, you’ll need access to a computer, laptop or tablet with a convenient power source (there’s nothing worse than your battery dying right before the good part). And make sure you’ve got a strong and reliable WiFi connection. We also recommend working for a quiet location so you don’t miss anything important just because someone ordered 5 espressos at the coffee shop you’re working from.
Full refunds (minus a $25 USD registration fee) will be provided to Customers who cancel 8 calendar days or more prior to the course date. Customers cancelling or transferring to another course between 1 to 7 calendar days prior to course date will not be eligible for a refund. These Customers will, however, be given an opportunity to attend another course within 12 months of the original course date for a rescheduling fee of $150 USD per course. Customers who fail to attend without providing notice will be charged the total fee of all course days for which they have registered. Substitutes are permitted. A substitute is defined as one individual attending the entire duration of the consecutive course days in lieu of the original Customer.
